Maker: Unknown (Probably)
Gold, oval bezel with closed back, bordered with marcasite imitating rose-cut diamonds, triangular hoop split and filled with a leaf at shoulders. Cameo: onyx, opaque white on dark grey, head of the empress Sabina (d. A.D. 136/7), hair wound in plaits round the crown of her head, facing in profile to the right. Draped neckline.
