Factory: New Hall Porcelain Factory
Hybrid hard-paste porcelain transfer-printed and painted painted in enamels with Chinese figures. Pattern no. 621.
Hybrid hard-paste porcelain, transfer-printed overglaze in black and painted in blue, two shades of green, yellow, pink, puce, apricot, red, and purple enamels. Circular with shallow curved sides, standing on a footring. The centre is decorated with four ladies standing in front of a house or garden pavilion, and another further to the right stands in front of another building in which two jars are standing beside a circular opening. In the foreground thee is a fence. Round the edge there is a border of puce and pink, and purple and pink trellis patterns broken by three large shaped oblong panels enclosing red and black plants on an apricot ground, and three small circular panels with a red plant on a white ground. A black line runs round the rim. Pattern 621,
