Gold, enamelled blue and green. Circular bezel set with a gold medallet surrounded by a laurel wreath; Obverse, head of the Duke of Wellington (d. 1852) in profile to the left. Reverse, a laurel wreath with a bow at the bottom. Garter hoop edged with blue, the central bands inscribed in blue letters ‘HONI.SOIT.QUI.MAL.Y.PENSE’
