DECORATION: Three segments, the central panel with gold foliage on a black ground with a central roundel with arms of Clement VII, the two corner pieces with inscriptions on gold tablets, CLEMENS VII PONTIF. OPT. MAX. JULIUS DE MEDICIS FLORENTINUS LEONIS X. FRATER PATRUELIS on the left and on the right ELECTUS SUM. PONTIF. ANNO DOMINI MDXXIII.
