Repoussé & flat chased, with a cable below the everted lip from which are pendant two groups of vigorous flower bunches; moulded foot rim. Compare this beaker in shape and style of decoration with Serial 393, also by T.C., but in a different punch. Possibly this maker is Thomas Cory, who worked first at Salisbury, and then moved to London, where he struck a different mark.
But Arthur Grimwade does not see a similarity in these two. He thinks this one is more sophisticated than Serial 393.
