Unknown (Style of)
Burgonet, made of bronze, for pageant use or display. Formed in one-piece with a high medial comb, a downturned integral peak and a backward-directed integral neck-defence. It lacks its hinged cheek-pieces. The burgonet is decorated in low relief with narrow bands of transverse bars and chevrons between cabled lines.
