Description

Cotton warp. Blue cotton weft. Wool pile. Asymmetric knot.
Fringed ends - damaged; side bands - damaged, small area oversewn with red/pink wool. Cuts in lower band;
enlarged (?) central slit now oversewn and strung with pink wool, edges bound brown wool.
Prayer niche ground red, remaining ground yellow, 'boteh' the main decorative element, single motifs along inner band, within a lattice in prayer niche. Floral bands and guards.
