Blue silk, embroidered with polychrome silks and gold metal thread. Sleeves of plain dark blue; horse-shoe cuffs and neck edge banded with gilt brocade. Lined with white and pale blue silk. Nine five-clawed dragons; three on front, three on back, one on each shoulder, one on inside panel. Wave band, clouds and other symbolic motifs.
