Polychrome dyed and stencilled cotton, predominating colour blue (aigata zome) with details in red, yellow, green and black. Repeat pattern of flowers and insects. Machine woven cotton - bingata (paste resist) dying. Distinctive white "halo" around dyed motifs, typical of Okinawa.
