Description

Canvas, worked with coloured silks in rococo stitch, edged with cord, cord ties; inside three pockets with gussets, lined blue silk. Front: blue vase with roses and blue flowers, sprig either side. Flap: red and blue flowers. Back: rose sprig, a strawberry plant, blue flowers and geometric motifs. Pockets: In front - sprigs of carnation and thistle. In back - 1. oak sprig and acorns, carnation. 2. blue flower, oak sprig with acorns, little red motifs.
