Linen, inset with hollie-point. The bonnet is made in five pieces: a brim, a plain ungathered frill in two pieces, and two back sections. Inset between the two pieces of the frill there is a strip of hollie-point worked with the words 'SWeeT BABe'. Inset between the two back sections there is a strip of hollie-point worked with coronets. There are two draw strings across the lower edge at the back, tying in the centre, and a button hole on the right side of the brim.
