The cahiers are gathered in a chemise (blue Fabriano Murillo mould-made paper) and enclosed in a clamshell box.
"This book was designed, printed and published, and the images created, by Sebastian Carter ..." -- colophon.
"The text was set by hand in Hunt Roman andprinted on J Green mould-made paper... Sebastian Carter screen-printed the images at the St Barnabas studio on Canson Mi-Teintes and J Green papers, and cut them by hand ... The boxes were made by Fine Bindery." -- colophon.
"The edition is limited to twenty five copies for sale, numbered 1-25, with three hors commerce copies lettered A-C" -- colophon. Museum has copy "C".
