  • Text: Le 10e Chasseur qui s’était couvert de gloire à SOLFERINO s’est signalé par un nouvel / exploit : Après un combat acharné il a enlevé le 1er drapeau à l’ennemi : c’était celui de / 132e d’infanterie Bavaroise. Ce fut au 1e Batallion, de la 5e Compagnie, qui revint / l’honneur de s’etre emparé du drapeau : les hommes ont été félicités chaudement par leur / Commandant qui se montra très fier de leur courage. Le drapeau a été exposé au / Ministère de la Guerre le 17 Aoüt 1914, puis déposé aux Invalides.
