Description

A rectangle of calico with two strips (29" x 7") of embroidered muslin attached. Embroidered with polychrome silk, gold and silver thread in double-running, drawn fabric and satin stitches. 1" border formed by a waved stem and stylised flower and leaf; inner space covered by a band design with coiled stems and stylised flowers and leaves.
