Cotton, loosely woven, embroidered with polychrome silk, gilt and silver thread, in double darning, double running, satin and drawn fabric stitches, and needlepoint edging. Each end embroidered with three and a half repeats of a complex leaf and flower head design; border of wavy stem with repeated flowers and foliage.
