A pair of small red lacquer boxes each in the form of conjoined peaches. The boxes are carved in relief with details of stalks and blossoms in green lacquer. Each of the peaches is carved in low-relief with "wan" symbols. The interior of both boxes is covered in a thin layer of gilding.
