Description

Black schist. On one end, an intaglio seal: a heart surmounted by a cross. On the sides of the seal end 'Jas' (James Pye?), 'M' and a zodiacal sign. There is a hole in the the cylindrical section of the handle. The second end is approximately rectangular.
