Buff earthenware, press-moulded, tin-glazed bluish-white, and painted in blue. The plate is circular with a narrow sloping rim, shallow curved sides and flat base (Archer's shape H). The middle is decorated with a stylized squirrel feeding on the ground. It has large ears like a rabbit and a bushy tail.
