Laid on card with the edges folded over the back in a contemporary presentation for a 'Vue d'Optique' device. The printed title has been obscured and the composition has been drastically altered. Only the left and right sides of the print remain (see the man leaning near the window on the left. and the table on the right). There are several additional layers: the exterior view of formal gardens, the far wall itself and the children in the foreground. Source of pasted material as yet unidentified
