Description

Folding fan. A central scene of the telegraph with shutters closed, with a disabled lieutenant attends the signals. A midshipman looks out to the telegraph and a foremasterman deals with the ropes. The border with details of the shutter facility and reserves with text, entere'd at Stationers Hall by the Proprietor July 1st, 1796.
