Soft-paste porcelain moulded in the shape of a leaf and painted underglaze in blue
Soft-paste porcelain, moulded and painted underglaze in blue. The glaze has a slightly greenish tinge. The dish is in the shape of a leaf with serrated edges standing on a leaf-shaped footring. The underside is specked and has blue spots here and there.The interior is moulded in relief with a floral spray on the right, a large leaf on the left and with an insect flying in the space between them. The leaf is outlined and veined in blue and the serrated edge is painted with close-set blue strokes.
