3rd state. On the thropy on the left it's possible to read "De bellatis ad Fredelingam coesarianis germania gallis patefacta. MDCCII Germanis ad Hocstetum deletis ister gallis adsertus MDCCIII" and on the throphy on the right "Perrupto dononiensi vallo Landrecium liberatum dua cum querectum Buchemium cum trigen ta millia hostium in fidem victoris deditis M.DCC.XII Landavia & Friburgo expu gnatis hostes ad pacem adacti pax que victricibus d'extris obsignata. M.DCC.XIII" and on the bottom, in 9 lines "Louis Hector Duc de Villars Pair et Marechal de France, Prince de Martigues, Vicomte de Melun, Commandeur des ordres du Roy, Chevalier de la Toyson d'or, Governeur des ville, fort, et chateau de Fribourg, et du Briskau, Gouverneur general des Eveches et pays Messin, Gouverneur general de Provance, marseille, Arles, et terres adjacentes, Generalissime des armees du Roy, son plenipotentiaire et ambassadeur extraordinaire pour les traitez de paix a Rastatt, et chef de l'ambassade pour la Signature de la paix generalle a Baden en Suisses, President du Conseil de guerre du conseil de Regence", and inscription at the bottom "Peint par Hya.e Rigaud" and "grave par P. Drevet".
