Description

A small valentine of white, lace-paper with purple gauze slip paper. A central lace-paper 'frame' mounted onto paper spring around a die-cut, glazed chromolithograph of a bird. The bird's wing opens to reveal a small, applied chromo of Cupid holding a swag printed 'LOVE' and printed message on the open wing: 'Go Little bird & tell how much I love'. A glazed chromo of a butterfly is applied at uper centre and a die-cut chromolithograph of flowers at lower centre with cut-paper leaves and gauze leaves behind. 'MULLORD' is blind-stamped along the spine at centre left.
