Verge watch, in square gold filigree case.
MOVEMENT: Full plate square movement engraved 'E. Meybom A Paris s. G.' Balance cock with pierced table and large oval pierced foot, both with wavy edges. Steel balance. Tangent set-up above plate with dial, radial Arabic figures 1 to 8, above brass wheel. Blued steel guard and pointer over endless screw, pierced blued steel brackets for endless screw. Square top plate. Shaped fusee iron post, straight blued steel fusee iron spring fixed with pin to plate. Blued steel case bolt pinned to plate. Rectangular potance with side engraved. Counter-potance screwed to under-side of plate. Square pillar plate with a baluster shaped turned pillar at each corner, border engraved around edge, hole for potance. '33' scratched on plate under dial. Fusee and chain, barrel with one lip (end turned after gilding). Train, of four pinions, set along bottom of plate, left to right. Verge escapement.

DIAL: Enamel on gold, three feet. Gold border, white enamel with painted blue, pink, red-brown, and black corners. Black circle around radial Roman chapters, inner circle with quarter hour lines and half hour lines extended between chapters. Gold circle, dial centre of translucent blue enamel over chasing

HAND: Plain steel formed hand, with long beaded tail.

CASE: Square gold with sides and back of filigree work over blued steel panels. Gold bezel, engraved with leaf pattern, split an joint and with v for rock crystal/glass cover (which is missing)
