Gilt brass outer case covered with black shagreen.
OUTER CASE: Gilt brass covered in black shagreen. Bezel with ring of black shagreen with ring of alternative decorative and plain gold pins (five decorative pins and two plain pins missing). Body covered in black shagreen with pattern of gold pins in centre of back, ring of pins, as bezel (one decorative pin missing, three small pins missing. Three decorative pins with heads missing). Pendant slot all in body.
