Wood-fired stoneware vase in Bizen/Iga style. Cylindrical base, from which rises a long wide neck. At the top are two lugs. Unglazed grey body, with brown fire markings.
History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from Henry Rothschild's 'Thirty-Seven Potters Return to Kettle's Yard' exhibition, at Kettle's Yard. May 1983
