Description

Footed stoneware bowl, with an out-turned rim, covered with an oatmeal glaze. The well shows a brushed bird in iron brown. The outside and rim have grey glaze, and decoration in brown.
No mark.

Notes

History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from a Harlequin Gallery (Greenwich) exhibition, no. 20 (?). 14th February 1999
