Small stoneware footed round box, with domed lid. Kaki glaze on lid, with chequer pattern and purple-brown 'diamonds'. Clear glaze inside, and thin buff wash on lower parts.

History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from the Craft Potters Association Shop, Marshall Street. 8th December 1978
