Potter: Young, Andrew & Joanna
Small oval stoneware casserole with lid and four rosettes on the long axis, to indicate the position of the lid. Double handle on the lid. Clear glaze inside, clear buff glaze round the rims of the dish and lid. Thin buff wash otherwise.
History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from the Craft Potters Association Shop, Marshall Street. 8th December 1978
