White ceramic body, moulded, and printed underglaze in blue. Circular with a slightly wavy edge, sloping rim with slanting fluting, shallow sides and flat centre, with a raised ring on the reverse. The flat area is occupied by the Willow Pattern with three figures on the bridge and two bvirds flying overhead. This is surrounded by a border comprising four wide V shapes enclosing a rectangular motif with incut corners, alternating with panels of ribbon diaper.
