A small rectangular card with a lace-paper border and silver hand colouring. A central panel with a chromolithograph of a boy and girl wearing 18th-century dress, the boy presenting the girl with a flower posy. A decorative lace-paper panel and a scroll with the printed motto:"Forget Me Not" below.
