Description

Comic Valentine. Lithograph in sepia tones on single sheet of glazed, white card. A butcher stands in profile facing left, a large "steal" [steel] in his right hand and "chopper" in his right. A printed verse below: "With chopper and with steal [sic] you fight / Dead calves like you you ugly fright, / ... And fancy your [sic] a Valentine." One of a series. See also P.14345-R-82.
