Hard-paste porcelain decorated in underglaze powder blue and iron-red. The bowl has steeply flared sides springing from a high tapered foot, with flat, recessed base. The exterior has two fan-shaped panels enclosing sprays of lilies and blossom divided by two vertical panels enclosing chrysanthemum spray in underglaze blue and iron-red reserved on a mottled blue ground. The interior is undecorated.
