Valentine card

A lithographed image and verse printed in black ink on white wove paper which is mounted onto a slightly larger sheet of buff paper. A central image of a small image of a female figure standing on a rock in the sea, leaning on a large anchor, a ship visible in the distance. A motto printed above: 'Return with thy bright reviving Rays'. A verse is printed above and below the central image: 'Sweet Hope! How dost thou cheer my heart / What pleasing images impart / … Write dearest youth that thou art mine / And I will bless thee Valentine'.
