Valentine card

A white lace-paper envelope with four flaps, each containing an embossed scene of bridges and temples within roundels and oval medallions. The flaps open to reveal a leaf of embossed silver and pink lace-paper pasted into the envelope with a design of roses and putti and a roundel containing Cupid ready to fire his arrow flanked by birds of paradise at upper centre. A central oval window contains a chromolithographed flower display on silver paper. 'WOOD' is stamped onto the pink and silver paper at centre left.
