Tea jar with stopper and cover. Hard-paste porcelain painted in underglaze blue. Jar of ovoid shape, with sloping shoulders tapering to a flat, recessed glazed base with Dohachi mark in underglaze blue. The body is painted with a figure standing beside trees and a rocky, mountainous landscape, with water and two boats beneath a scrolling border with four flower heads and above three circular lines in underglaze blue. Pacton (white bronze) cylindrical neck, stopper and cover, the latter with a circle of raised stylised decoration.
