Sambaso
Netsuke: katabori: Sambaso. Ivory, carved and stained. Figure of a Sambaso dancer holding in his left hand a large fan and in his right his bells, wearing a large head-dress. His elaborate costume is finely incised with herons in flight over foliage. Himotoshi through the robe on his back.
