Ruler: Harun al-Rashid (Abbasid Caliph)
Fragment of a silver dirham struck under the rule of Harun al-Rashid. The coin is struck in al-Muhammadiyya (Iran); the mint is illegible. The fragment was found in the Viking site of Torksey, Lincolnshire.
