Medal awarded to troops who took part in operations to quell the Sepoy mutiny which had been the immediate cause of the uprising. Clasps inscribed with RELIEF OF LUCKNOW, and LUCKNOW. Named to "CORPl Wm UNSWORTH, 13th Bn R. ARTy".
