Inscription present: Bust of William III, facing right, laureate, hair long, in armour with lion's head on the shoulder, and mantle.

Inscription present: Britannia, crowned and bearing a sceptre, is accompanied by Religion, holding a cross and an open Bible inscribed, "VERB . DEI MANET IN ÆTERNVM.", and by Liberty, carrying a cornucopia and a scroll inscribed, "Te?t.". She tramples upon the fires, chains, and yokes of superstition and tyranny, and seizes the hand of William, and whose side is the Belgic Lion.
