Inscription present: The Belgic Lion, holding a sword, rests its paw on a pedestal, which supports a book and a spear encircled with an orange branch, and surmounted by the cap of Liberty; behind , the pedestal is inscribed "HONY SOIT QVI MAL Y PENSE".
