Brown earthenware, the interior and upper part of the exterior coated with cream slip, incised and cut away, and spotted with copper-green and manganese-brown under yellow lead-glaze; the lower part of the exterior and foot are undecorated. Circular with a sloping rim, and curved sides, standing on a footring. Decorated in the centre with a circular medallion containing a dark yellow horse against a dark brown background with three groups of three yellow spots on it. The medallion is surrounded by a band incised with seven fish swimming to the left separated by green and brown spots, with an incised band above them.
