Not a Pavan, but more like an Alman for harpsichord.
Caption title.
The ascription "M.S." at the end probably stands for the title of the tune "Mall Sims" of which this piece is an arrangement.
Manuscript copyist (possibly Francis Tregian) in ink.
Editions: see the 'Fitzwilliam virginal book,' revised Dover edition, 1980, 1:68, and as "Mall Sims" in 'Keyboard music from Fitzwilliam manuscripts' (MB 102 no. 72)
