Two variations on a two-section tune by John Bull.
Caption title.
The first variation is from the opening of MB 62, the second variation is the sixth from MB 64.
Manuscript copyist (possibly Francis Tregian) in ink.
Editions: see the 'Fitzwilliam virginal book,' revised Dover edition, 1980, 2:192 (no. 161), and in 'Elizabethan keyboard music' (MB 55 no. 41) and from 'John Bull: keyboard music' (MB 62 & 64).
