"Mr. Greatorex having refused to give Miss Parke a Copy of his arrangment of this composition in the key of B♭ for the Harp and Piano Forte and five voices; I was induced out of civility to Miss Parke to make this arrangment for her Benefit in the year 1798. I was very indifferent at the time. R.J.S. Stevens" -- additional note at end.
