Fanciful AR cast fake, obv. Busts of Zeus and Dione jugate (Epirote Republic); rev. Apollo to left leaning his left elbow on tripod (as on Seleucid tetredrachms), in field r. MYPINAIWN; base alloy, 11.11 g, 26 mm. Similar to the one from Amman Museum (Jordan): A.S. Arif, A Treasury of Classical and Islamic Coins. The Collection of Amman Museum (London, 1986), p.8, J.6055.3 and p.189.3. Bought in Isfahan, 1944.
