Lead glass painted in enamels and gilded. Large bucket bowl painted with arms of Watson (Marquis of Rockingham) and Bright, with the crest of Watson; a heavy opaque twist stem. Plain foot.

Both Ralph Beilby (1743-1817) and Thomas Beilby (1747-1826) were working with William Beilby during the 1760s. Ralph specialised in heraldic engraving and may therefore have been responsible for the design. Thomas left Newcastle in 1769.
