Copyist manuscript in ink.
Paper: 10 staves (177x250mm), watermark: animal in circle.
Paper (volume 1, leaves 97-96) : 12 staves (174x255mm), watermark: animal in circle.
Former classmark: 32 E 2-3.
Bound in quarter vellum with grey card sides. Volume 1 has been rebound in quarter morocco, marbled paper sides with vellum tips by the Cockerell Bindery, DC 6762, July 1984; the original sides have been retained in place, and the vellum spine preserved inside back cover. Volume 2 is in its original binding.
