Dated in K6, Sept. 1788, New Grove (online) ca. 1790-91, and 1789 in Konrad Ulrich's "Fragmente" (Kassel, 2002).
Two separate leaves, each with caption title in the hand of Abbe Stadler and ascription in the hand of G.N. von Nissen.

Notes

History note: With three documents relating to former owners. (1) Statement on origin by "J.F. Haast, Frankfurt, 8 Sept 1852", stating that the leaves were given to Aloys Fuchs by a son of the composer, who bequested them to Haast. Beneath is an additional statement by Charles Stegall "Purchased at the sale of the Library of the late Professor Palmesley at Cambridge, 1856, and presented to the undersigned by the Rev.d Arthur Ward, St. John's College Cambridge, 1856. Charles Stegall, Mus. D. Cantab"; (2) translation of (1) probably in the hand of Thomas Attwood Walmisley. (3) Cutting from the sale catalogue of Puttick & Simpson, 16th February 1939, lot 134.
