Volume 1 is known to exist in at least three editions and volume 2 in at least two editions: in this edition, volume 1 has printer's statement "S. Gosnell, Printer, Little Queen Street" on title page verso and volume 2 has printer's statement "Coe, Printer, 10, Little Carter Lane, St. Paul's" on title page verso.
Printer varies: volumes 3-5 same as volume 2, but with printer's statement at foot of title page; volumes 6-10: "Coe, printer, 10, Little Carter Lane, St. Paul's, London" at foot of title page.
Index leaf bound in at end of each volume; "General and alphabetical county index to the plates" ([16] page)--bound in at end of volume 10.
Old classmark: 474.
Binding: by Caumont? Sprinkled brown calf, border (g. fillet); spine & board edges g.t., border g.t. on inside covers, raised bands, g. lettering on red spine labels; marbled e.p. & a.e. marbled.
